Our accessibility target
We are building roxby.app toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We treat accessibility as an ongoing design, development, content, and testing responsibility. This statement describes our target and contact process; it does not claim that every page conforms in every browser or assistive-technology combination.
Measures we take
The website uses semantic page structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus indicators, labelled forms, text alternatives, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion alternatives. We test key journeys with keyboards, screen readers, browser zoom, reduced-motion settings, and automated accessibility checks.
The website does not require an account to reach public product, pricing, Help Center, contact, privacy, or legal information.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email support@roxby.app if you cannot access part of the website or need information in another format. Include:
- the page URL;
- what you were trying to do;
- the barrier or error you encountered;
- your browser and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them; and
- the format or accommodation that would help.
Do not send passwords, API tokens, financial records, or unrelated personal information.
We will review the report, respond through the email address you use, and work toward a reasonable correction or alternative.
Standard and review
Our current target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We review this statement when the website changes materially, when our accessibility target changes, or when a report identifies an inaccurate statement.
