Current providers
The public website uses the providers listed here to operate roxby.app, process and deliver waitlist submissions, send requested waitlist email, answer Help Center searches, and receive correspondence. This list is generated from the same approved recipient registry that the website release validator checks.
Cloudflare, Inc.
Role: Subprocessor.
Purpose: Deliver and protect the public website; process server requests; store the waitlist; answer Help Center searches; enforce rate limits; and route or send website email.
Information processed: Email address; consent record; request metadata; help search query; contact message; network request data.
Transfer path: A visitor's browser or email provider sends information to Cloudflare-operated services configured for the public website.
Public disclosure: Cloudflare processes website, waitlist, search, and message-delivery data to provide and protect the public website.
Provider information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.
Google LLC
Role: Independent controller.
Purpose: Provide the Gmail inboxes used to receive and answer messages sent to published contact addresses.
Information processed: Email address; contact message; request metadata.
Transfer path: Cloudflare Email Routing forwards correspondence to a configured Gmail inbox; replies use authenticated outbound email.
Public disclosure: Google receives correspondence sent to the published contact addresses and processes it under Google's consumer account terms and privacy policy.
Provider information: Google Privacy Policy and Terms.
HubSpot, Inc.
Role: Subprocessor.
Purpose: Maintain the Roxby product waitlist and send the requested welcome message, product updates, and launch-availability email while enforcing HubSpot email unsubscribe and suppression controls.
Information processed: Email address; consent record; request metadata.
Transfer path: The Roxby public-site Worker sends a consented waitlist record from Cloudflare to the authenticated HubSpot form; HubSpot stores the contact and sends requested email.
Public disclosure: HubSpot receives consented waitlist contact and attribution information, maintains the email subscription, sends requested waitlist communications, and enforces its unsubscribe and suppression controls.

Provider changes
We will update this page before an additional provider begins receiving waitlist or contact information when the change affects our public disclosure. A new version will have a new permanent version URL and effective date.
