Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of roxby.app and the Roxby waitlist. The website and waitlist are operated by PortalSix, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit your email address.
Website and product status
The website provides product and pricing information. It does not currently provide signup, authenticated product access, checkout, subscription management, or a customer account.
Joining the waitlist does not purchase a plan, reserve a price, guarantee access, create a subscription, or require us to launch a feature by a particular date. We may change the product, features, pricing, or availability before offering paid access. The current website and waitlist notice will describe the choices available at that time.
Waitlist communications
When you join the waitlist, you ask us to send product updates and launch-availability messages to the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our privacy notice explains how we handle the address and related records.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business evaluation. Do not interfere with the website, bypass request limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, submit information you do not have permission to use, impersonate another person, or use automated requests that disrupt service for others.
Website content
The website, brand assets, design, and original written material belong to us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print website pages for your own evaluation. These terms do not grant a license to copy the brand, publish a competing version of the website, or remove ownership notices.
You retain rights in information you send to us. You give us permission to process that information as needed to operate the waitlist, respond to you, protect the website, and comply with law.
Accounting information
Website and Help Center material provides general product and accounting information. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your records, filings, business decisions, and choice of professional advisers.

The website relies on service providers and may link to third-party websites. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of their services. We do not control third-party content or availability.
Disclaimers
We provide the public website, waitlist, and published information on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted where you live.
Limitation of liability

We will publish a new version at a new permanent version URL when we make a material change to these terms. Continued use after the effective date of a new version means you accept that version.
Governing law
Maryland law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. State and federal courts located in Baltimore City, Maryland, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
